Product leadership through scale. From $0 to $1M+ ARR.
I turn customer problems into shipped AI-enabled workflows, pairing product strategy with hands-on AI-assisted prototyping.
I lead product, and I build it.
I am a B2B SaaS product leader who turns customer problems into shipped AI-enabled workflows. I helped scale a SaaS business from $0 to $1M+ ARR and led product strategy and cross-functional delivery.
I now build working AI products end to end, from product definition and UX to live pilots and extensions. I combine customer discovery, commercial judgment and hands-on AI-assisted prototyping to move quickly from ambiguous problems to useful software.
Products, not promises
Owned product strategy that helped scale a bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform.
Led product improvements that increased monthly active use among brand accounts.

Working software
Web SaaS platform for influencer-marketing agencies that helps recover rejected ads and warm cold brand outreach with AI ad mockups using agency talent.
Open SponsorForge ↗Native B2C iOS and Android app designed to surface exceptional local food through trusted, dish-specific recommendations rather than hype-driven ratings.

Four product problems, the choices behind them and what changed.
01
AI Onboarding AgentThoughtLeaders+

Product problem
First-time customers completed a lengthy questionnaire, then landed in an empty dashboard. The flow collected information without demonstrating the platform's value, creating friction at the moment when users most needed a useful starting point.
Product approach
I reframed onboarding around one input: the agency's brand website. I led the agent flow and output definition so AI could collect public brand context, cross-check it against platform data, and pre-populate a useful workspace with tailored reports and creator recommendations.

Outcome
The redesign turned onboarding from a data-collection step into the customer's first value moment. Instead of an empty dashboard, users entered a populated workspace with relevant insights they could immediately explore and refine.
02
Single Report to Shortlist WorkflowThoughtLeaders+

Product problem
Customers treated ThoughtLeaders as a lead-generation source: they exported a report, then moved the real work into Google Sheets. The platform supported discovery, but not the collaborative decisions that followed, which limited repeat use.
Product approach
I reframed isolated reports as inputs to a shared, multi-stage workflow. I defined the progression from discovery to worthy channels and outreach so teams could combine reports, shortlist talent, and manage handoffs without leaving the platform.

Outcome
The workflow gave customers a reason to return throughout the campaign process and gave sales a concrete end-to-end story to demonstrate. ThoughtLeaders became the place where work progressed, not only where leads originated.
03
Custom Formula EditorThoughtLeaders+

Product problem
Customers repeatedly requested niche metrics, but shipping every request as a predefined column would increase interface complexity and create an unsustainable queue for R&D.
Product approach
User research showed customers already exporting data and building formulas in Google Sheets. I used that behavior to shape a scalable platform capability: a formula editor where existing metrics became variables and users could control how calculated values were displayed.
Outcome
Customers could create bespoke metrics without waiting for product development. The same capability helped our team identify stronger talent-success signals and let sales demonstrate a solution during the conversation rather than promise a future feature.
04
SimilarH4cks Internal Dev ToolSimilarWeb+

Product problem
Useful internal scripts spread through word of mouth. Developers had to know whom to ask, resulting in duplicated effort, inconsistent workflows, and a steep learning curve for new team members.
Product approach
I proposed a discoverable Chrome extension that consolidated the scripts into one internal Swiss Army knife. During a two-day hackathon, our team of three scoped the highest-value utilities and shipped the working tool.
Outcome
SimilarH4cks turned fragmented team knowledge into a shared product. Critical utilities became easier to discover and reuse, reducing repeated work and making established developer workflows accessible across the organisation.
A decade across product and technology.
Owned product strategy, advanced to lead the product function and mentored a cross-functional team. Led AI onboarding, multi-page workflows and alerting systems that increased monthly active use among brand accounts by 40%.
Ran user research and tracked KPIs to improve the platform's core workflows through evidence-led product decisions.
Supported merchant and payment-gateway API integrations from sandbox through production, translating technical and workflow pain points into clear requirements.
Ran QA within the largest R&D team and initiated two internal tools: Heatmap, built in three days, and SimilarH4cks, built in two days.
